Anti Violence is the message of Rang de Basanti

Yeah many of u might have read this article in the Times of India dated 29/09/06. Well I as an Indian am very proud that a phenomenal movie such as Rang de Basanti has been selected as the Indian entry for the oscars.
Aamir Khan and Rakyesh Mehra deserve a lot of accolades for making this movie come true.I am pretty confident that RDB will win the oscar this time. This is one of the very few movies which has managed to be a Box office hit and yet be an inspiration for the viewers.
Although some might say that the movie preaches violence the ending clearly depicts that they accept their mistake and confess in the All India Radio. And it also preaches that we, the youth of India take matters into our own hand and fight by the way of non-violence, such as , joining politics, joining the army and becoming IAS officers and fighting corruption.
The movie has been more than inspirational and I am sure that it will win the oscars and make us Indians proud.

INDIAN CRICKET

Well here is some food for thought for all those people who believe in Greg chappell's strategy.
If Greg believes only in youngsters and if he wants to build a team for 2007 world cup then y is he placing confidence on master blaster Sachin tendulkar.Its because everyone including Greg chappell knows that Sachin Tendulkar is the best cricketer in the world.
If he also claims that a place in the Indian team is based on present form then y is Sehwag still in the side????
He just had a grudge on Sourav Ganguly . Ganguly has been the most successful captain for INDIA and he nurtured the present players such as Yuvraj (who didnt find a place in the team even after his knock of 81 vs australia) and Kaif.It's because of him that the Indian team has grown in confidence and India's campaign in the world cup was a testimony to Ganguly's potential.
He also has the world's second highest number of centuries in one day cricket only behind the great Sachin Tendulkar.I think that Ganguly must be given 2 entire series to prove his mettle.
